Always Eat After 7pm

Starting off I’m like I can really eat at night?! Joel explains that yes, I can.

  1. I always have a nighttime snack after dinner! I tried for so long not to because I thought it was “bad” but by allowing myself to I can just plan for it and not beat myself up for it.
