I can’t believe a month has come and gone! I’m so happy that I was able to take part in this plan and learn so  much more not only about myself but also food and how you can truly eat after 7pm! When I started this I was very unsure because we always hear all these myths about trying out diets or plans. My goals all along were to create healthier habits and curate a routine of eating! 

Following the guidelines  has given me better eating habits by having me  eat more of the RIGHT foods at the right time.  One of my favorite tools that Joel lays out for you is the morning routine!

Egg Muffins were bomb, and a life saver for on the go days!
